Old alpine hut on a green slope below a steep rock peak

Alpenverein Salzburg:

2021–2026Hut portraits

The Austrian Alpine Club, the Alpenverein, looks after sustainable tourism in the mountains and manages alpine huts and trails. We were asked to document two huts run by the Alpenverein Salzburg, in winter and in summer: the Carl-von-Stahl-Haus in the Berchtesgaden Alps and the Kürsinger Hütte in the Hohe Tauern.
